Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 3 days. The withdrawal period expires after 3 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Vino and Compagnia Bella of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit declaration sent to the contacts indicated above (for example by letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).


Please check that you have the following requirements before shipping the goods and follow these simple instructions to be able to receive the refund as soon as possible:

  • check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is carefully and neatly packed;
  • check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the product, otherwise we cannot proceed with the refund of the product because the products would no longer be salable;
  • check the original box it is considered an integral part of the product and must be returned intact, without signs, writings or deformations. The original box cannot be used as the only outer packaging for shipping;
  • always use the cardboard box you received for the return.

IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not respected we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be returned to you at your expense.

If you decide to use a courier of your choice to return your order, the package containing the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

1 - log in to your private area and click on "My orders";

2 - select the order that contains the items to be returned and click on "I want to return one or more items";

3 - select only the items you want to return and choose how you want to receive the refund;

Just confirm (or change) the address that will be shown to you and book the collection. The courier will make the collection within 2 working days, bringing the waybill with him (you won't have to print anything!).

You have the possibility to choose whether to use the Easy Return service or the Return by the customer.


As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will refund, which will take place through the same payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds usually take place after a few days and in any case no later than 14 days from the time the order is received.

If the order was paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

As an alternative to the refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be reused throughout the catalog and without time limits.

We remind you that in the event of a partial return of an order on which a value discount has been applied (e.g. discount of 20 €) in which a minimum expense was required: if the residual value of the order, following the return, is less than the minimum expense required, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
